At Restorative Equity Partnership (REP), we don’t just talk about equity—we build the conditions for it to thrive.
We are a collective of educators, facilitators, and strategists who partner with schools, districts, and organizations to create human-centered systems of belonging and success. We believe equity is not about division; it’s about ensuring fairness, dignity, and opportunity for all.
Our approach is rooted in restorative action, shared accountability, and transformational change—because true justice is not just about removing barriers; it’s about building what is just, joyful, and sustainable.

Services and Solutions
Student Voice and Leadership
Our innovative, project-based, and student-centered Youth Catalyst Liberatory Leadership™ curriculum catalyzes students to lead for social change within their school communities and beyond. Students learn key principles related to identity, intersectionality, narratives, courage, consequence, systemic oppression and change, and much more. They put these principles into action as Student Equity Council members by catalyzing Tier I equity objectives through student-led interventions.
Restorative Justice Practices
REP specializes in supporting schools and districts with systemwide restorative justice practices implementation. Our comprehensive services feature key practices and strategies that assess specific needs and readiness, support skill development, and foster sustainability and accountability so that real relational and system change takes place. From foundational concepts to real-life techniques, our consultants have collectively trained thousands of educators, students, and their families in the core competencies of Restorative Justice Practices at the individual, classroom, school, and systems levels.
Significant Disproportionality
Significant disproportionality in special education and school discipline poses a substantial threat to educational equity. We support districts that are significantly disproportionate with an array of culturally-responsive services, including file reviews, targeted initiatives, and workshop series.
Restorative Equity and Social Justice Curriculum
REP offers a variety of solutions to support students in understanding and leading equity within their schools, communities, and spheres of influence. Services include Restorative Equity Student Centers ™, equity and social justice elective courses for middle school students, and youth after-school/ extra curricular curriculum.
Equity Learning and Action Teams
REP helps schools and districts form, facilitate, and support teams of diverse stakeholders dedicated to creating actionable change based on best practices.
